Non-stop change is the phenomena where a change overlaps another change and experiencing constant, continual change. Change has become a normal occurrence in today’s business environment. The need for organizations cope with a constant state of change is essential.

In the book, Managing Transitions, the author Bridges states that by focusing on problems instead of solutions, change occurs faster and will also build unity in a common mission.In order to successfully mitigate successful, a clear direction must be taken towards the goal of the change. Insight must be brought forward in order to identify the changes required while being open to other ideas for potential solutions. This approach will build trust in leadership and this will increase communication and acceptance to change. (Bridges and Bridges, 2016)

With non-stop change, non-stop transition is also present. Individuals may experience all three phases of transition all at once however react differently depending on the change.
